Error with resources

hello,

When we try to assign a resource to a user, gives the following error
in the trace:

Unsupported operation: nrf: resrequest

Searching the forum found it a problem of RBPM driver version. We have
the version 3.6.0.4287 and 3.7.0.4862 need to update to.

The problem is that we have the entire structure with users, roles,
drivers, resources, attributes, workflows and so on. Both the UserApp as
in the IDM.

What are the steps to update the driver without losing everything we
have set?.

If it's any additional data, we clustered UserApp on separate servers
and 2 servers IDM, and installed the driver RBPM only UserApp servers.

Thank you very much for the help we can provide. Sorry for the question
but want to make sure the steps to follow to avoid losing everything.
Since it is an important setting.

Thank you very much!

Roles, Resources, most User app stuff, RBPM stuff is stored in the
AppConfig container under the user app driver container.

Key thing is, do NOT delete that container.

I am actually not entirely certain of the upgrade/migrate process, but
the key is, if you delete the container all those objects go poof. And
all DN references to it go away.
