FYI: Hyphen in MS SQL view name

As a NetIQ JDBC driver developer if you happen to use hyphen "-" character in your view name and you are using Microsoft SQL Server you may have gotten across a very informative JDBC error message telling you that the storage does not support rollback.

This is it's very special way of telling you that you cannot use "-" in view name without "{}" characters in your SQL SELECT statement. This is easily remedied by removing the hyphens (just did that) or using syntax {view-name} (did not try that).

edit: May apply to other SQL brands as well. Did not try.
