Fonts alignment issue with IE 10 / UA 402

We're seeing alignment issues with the default User Application 4.0.2
patch C theme, under IE 10. The «*Logout*» and «*Help*» items are a few
pixels above the position they should be at, thus overlapping over the
grey and blue sections.

Is anyone else seeing this*?

Thanks for any info regarding this.

Greetings,
When we start to work on the next release of the product, we will
make sure that the IE browser we will support does not have this UI issue.
