Getting the following error when provisioning workflows .Us


Hi All
I need assistance with the userapplication

I am getting the following error when provisioning workflows on IDM -

"Submission failed

Failed to submit resource request [id =
cn=600-CA-assign-authoriser-role,cn=RequestDefs,cn=AppConfig,cn=UserApplication,cn=DriverSet,ou=services,o=north]
due to:provisioning system error:Process requestId
[603c34e8d67b4d18bb15223698d2f35c], Id
[cn=600-CA-assign-authoriser-role,cn=RequestDefs,cn=AppConfig,cn=UserApplication,cn=DriverSet,ou=services,o=north]:
Engine shutting down. Cannot perform operation."

I am running jboss on sles 10 sp2 .
Idm userapplication 3.5.1 Patch W
I have done the following steps to try resolve this error flush cache
and restart jboss.
It works fine after restarting jboss but gives the same error after a
while .

Greetings,
You are receiving the error because you are losing database
connectivity. The WF Engine was not able to connect to the db server
within the configured amount of time and as a result shut down.

For your release, you will have to restart the Application Server to
have the WF engine restart.
