How to add a message from the declined request to the emails

Hello,

My customer has asked me to add the message from the declined request to the notification. in other words, he wants to see details why the request was declined.
At this moment, only status (approved/declined ) is there.
I am afraid it is not possible but maybe someone knows a workaround 😉

Milan,

That should not be a problem if you use the post-activity mapping to
pass the approval comments to flowdata, and inject them from there into
a custom variable in your notification template.
