How to clear old Pending Tasks

I have a development installation of UA 4.0.1 with rbpm that has a
couple dozen pending tasks that have been there for over a year. The
status on these vary from:

running,
Running:Processing
pending approval,
Terminated,
Terminated:Retracted,
Completed:Denied

This is development, some of the IDs these are for are no longer in the
system. How can I clear these out?

-Thanks

Re: How to clear old Pending Tasks

You can terminate them via iManager (Administration - Workflows - select
needed WFs and terminate them)

Greetings,
Please look with iManager to see what Engine ID owns this older
workflows. To understand why, please see my post in the thread:
"Workflow stopped and won't forward; it's in limbo"

Re: How to clear old Pending Tasks

Hi, try to terminate them via iManager. Otherwise, we have encountered a
similar issue: some workflows were not properly completed and they were
still shown as running even if no error occurred.
I have opened an incident with the Novell support but we have not
identified the root cause of the issue. We ended up manually cleaning
the MySQL database.

We have an unique User Application server. That way, the solution
provided on thread "Workflow stopped and won't forward; it's in limbo"
is not applicable.

Best regards,

Alessandro
