Login to the User Application as a User Application Administrator. Go
to the Administration tab, and on the bottom left are links to download
the WSDL's offered by User App.

Greetings,
We do not list all of the WSDL in the Admin section of the UI. It is
best to read the Administration Guide about Web Services. In each
chapter we outline the different SOAP services available and how to
access that specific WSDL.
