We want to synchronize objects all 30 min, but the command syntax insn't
working via iManager

Yeah, I believe the scheduler doesn't support the division/modulus syntax,
so try the following:

0,30 * * * *

So.. top and bottom of the hour (comma is to take multiple values) and
then every hour/day/month/weekday.
