How to set link for Final Timeout Action

Trying to change the Final Timeout Action from denied to timedout but
getting this error when running Project Checker:

Activity id [approval_1] has no outgoing link that matched its ontimeout
attribute with value [timedout]

I can't find a location to specify a link. What I would like to do is
be able to put a condition into the workflow so I can set a variable
when the request times out. Any advice or direction would be
appreciated.

Re: How to set link for Final Timeout Action

I was able to solve this error by adding a branch to the approval
activity with a type of timedout.
