IDM APPS Localization

IDM 4.7.3

After opgrading to 4.7.3 localization in IDM APPS has two defaults/mandatory languages: Danish and English

If I change my profile to English in Dashboard to English, only English is mandatory:

How do I localize the interface to Danish but still have only English  mandatory?
