IDM45-Apps-SP-1 & spiffyui.min.css

Right through catalina.out (i.e. Tomcat), there is:

Code:
--------------------
2015-09-08 07:42:07,152 [http-apr-8080-exec-29] ERROR org.apache.catalina.core.ContainerBase.[Catalina].[localhost].[/IDMProv].[PortalAggregator]- Servlet.service() for servlet [PortalAggregator] in context with path [/IDMProv] threw exception [com.sssw.fw.exception.EboUnrecoverableSystemException: Portlet registration with portletID: 'spiffyui.min.css' does not exist.] with root cause
com.novell.afw.portlet.exception.EboPortletRegistrationException: Portlet registration with portletID: 'spiffyui.min.css' does not exist.
--------------------

When I look at localhost_access_log.2015-09-08.txt I see the request is:

Code:
--------------------
10.128.26.24 - - [08/Sep/2015:07:42:08 +1000] "GET /IDMProv/portal/portlet/spiffyui.min.css HTTP/1.1" 500 1526
--------------------

and

Code:
--------------------
10.128.26.24 - - [08/Sep/2015:07:42:12 +1000] "GET /IDMProv/com.novell.srvprv.impl.gwt.header.header/spiffyui.min.css HTTP/1.1" 404 1081
--------------------

When I look at the WAR contents, I find spiffyui.min.css under
com.novell.srvprv.impl.gwt.gwtControls not under
com.novell.srvprv.impl.gwt.header.header

Greetings,
I have not seen the behavior you have outlined in any of my set-ups.

1) Are you seeing the error in the catalina.out while navigating the
User Application war? Are you seeing where the UI is not rendering
correctly?

2) Did anyone deploy any new portlets, workflows, or any other code to
the environment that might be trying to utilize the spiffyui.min.css?

Please aware that if "someone" is trying to access the URLs you outlined
in a browser then the errors you have outlined would be seen in the log.
They would also see an error in the browser.

This is catalina.out for the IDMProv..... The UI renders correctly in
Chrome, but not in IE. Just debugging with IE now and get the following
step errors during load of Work Dashboard (default screen at login).

336

The result in IE is this (i.e. no header or navigation):

337
