Identity Reporting Local Repository Issue

We have configured our reporting application to use the local report repository based on this document : https://www.netiq.com/documentation/identity-manager-47/report_setup/data/t46ehl0ungcy.html
Unfortunately this doesn't seem to work. The application sees the repository but when you try and install a report you receive an error. The error is :
15-May-2019 13:23:53.135 INFO [https-jsse-nio-8543-exec-6] com.novell.idm.rpt.core.server.rest.ReportDownloadService.downloadImport [RPT-CORE] Downloading and importing the following reports from https://niqrptdev1.com:8543/IDM_REPORTS/idmrpt600: Header-Footer-Template---NetIQ-Identity-Governance/Header-Footer-Template---NetIQ-Identity-Governance_3.5.0.0.rpz.

Does anyone have any idea why there is a handshake error?

That looks like a TLS error. Have you given the repository site a proper
certificate whose subjectAltname matches its FQDN and which is trust up
to a root CA in you truststore?

Re: Identity Reporting Local Repository Issue

I have not put any other certs in the keystore, The site is hosted on the same box as the reporting app, Do I need to create a separate cert for the local repository? That doesn't seem like it would be needed.
