Identity application change Featured Items cards for a list

Hi all
In my environment I need to change the cards for a list or something similar, since the name of the WFs are tricked to fit on the cards. From the option to Create Featured Items, we don't have many options

We have tried to modify it with styles, but having names of different lengths we do not see it viable.

Do you know if this is feasible?
