Identity manager and iapplication failover

Hi team,

Hope you are doing well !!

We have some more clarification related Shared storage in identity manager & PostgreSQL in identity Application

Identity Manager

As per earlier discussion with you, we are going with HA architecture of the identity manager with HA. We will be assigning one shared storage between two identity Manager.

We are using ISCSI storage as shared storage as per NetIQ document.

Customer want to take backup of shared storage (ISCSI STORAGE). We are not able to get official document for process of shared storage to shared storage of backup.

Kindly help us for process of backing up/Restore shared storage.

Identity Application.

As per earlier discussion with you, we are going with HA architecture of the identity application with HA. We will be assigning one Postgresql database between two identity application.

We are using Postgres database as database as per NetIQ document.

Customer want to take backup of Postgres (Database). We are not able to get official document for process of postgresql database in netiq document.

Kindly help us for backing up/Restore postgres database.

We basically have to maintain HA (within DC) for both Identity Manager and Identity Application which are dependent on the storage and postgresql DB respectively.

Currently, only one storage VM and DB VM are proposed. Please advise if we have additional VM for iscsi storage/postgresql and configure cluster/auto-failover functionalities to achieve HA.

We are really appreciate if you could help to provide solution.
