Importing CSV file

I don't have a great deal of information currently, but my customer is
asking if it possible for IDM to import information, I'm currently
guessing User information, from an Excel *.CSV file? Additionally would
there be any configuration changes that would be needed to be done on
the current driver, or is there a method for importing that data out to
the Vault?

Again sorry for the vague question, I'm attempting to gather more data
currently.

NetIQ sells a Delimited text driver. There is a free driver as well
(but support is what you get for free).

This allows you to set up a driver to read CSV (or XML) files, and
present them to a driver to do 'something' with them. ("Something" is
your problem to define).
