IS it possible to install RBPM IDM 4.5 without SSO ?

Your question itself demonstrates some of the opacity that is not good
on this product. What I THINK you mean is OSP. One SSO Provider is the
component (developed outside the IDM foodchain, but consumed by IDM)
that provides initial login, and then internal SSO between the Identity
Apps. (Dash, landing, IDMProv, rra, RPT, Access Review etc).

So now OSP can do SSO via SAML or Kerberos, so that the login to OSP
itself can be minimized. But OSP provides the Oauth token that the
Identity apps use to track that you are logged in and allowed to use the
components.

So, can you install RBPM 4.5 without SSO? Not really, since even a
single module expects an OAuth token to login. Is it doing SSO In that
case? Sort of, sort of not?

So to can you install without OSP, which I think is the real question,
the answer is no. But OSP can do name/password, SAML, or Kerb auth.
Which is pretty good.
