MVEditor + paramlist

Hello.

I'm trying to add MVEditor to my workflow which would allow user to
select multiple entities & give possibility to search them. However, I
cannot find the option where I could select which entity fields are
searchable. There doesn't seem to be an option for that in the field
properties & I cannot find the portlet which decides this. It doesn't
seem to be Search List (options I added there are not appearing), Lookup
Parameter portlet has no preferences and neither does have Object
Lookup.

However, if I ad User entity, I can lookup users by either first name
or last name, so I assume there is a place where this is defined.

Anyone know? Thanks.

Re: MVEditor + paramlist

Hi. You must define them on the entity itself. Take a look to this
document:

'Change the Order of Search Attributes in IDM DNLookup Controls |
Novell User Communities'

Code:
--------------------
The attributes shown in the drop-down list are specified in the directory abstraction layer (DAL): Attributes that are declared with the "Search" and "Required" flags set, will show in the drop-down list for searchable attributes, as well as in the result table of the identified matches.
--------------------
