Migrate LDAP driver problem

Hi,

We are migrating from version 3.6.1 to IDM IDM 4.0.2. We are
encountering a problem with LDAP driver that connects to a Sun Java
System Directory. When synchronize passwords in the log, the following
error appears to us:

* LDAPPublisher.sendModifyPasswordToEngine () An IOException occurred
decoding the password. No modify-password will be sent.

This causes the password is not decrypted.
