New OU in E-Directory / No syncing properly

For the first time in a while, we have added a new OU to eDirectory at
the same level of all the other locations.

This OU went successfully into the LOCATIONS OU of AD, as did all the
other sub-OU's within

I moved some user account into this new OU, and they moved on AD as
well.. so all good so far

Here is the rub (IDM 3.6.1 bundle edition)

Any ADD tasks or MODIFY tasks are not replicating on AD, and the FILTER
shows nothing obvious which makes me think the OU's to replicate are
specified somewhere. Can anyone advise me which of the gazillion windows
and configuration sections of IDM in iDentity manger to look at to make
sure that I have dont have a blanket VETO on OU;s except for those
named

Thanks

If changes from AD aren't replicating back to IDK the place to look would
most likely be in pub-etp.

If you actually meant the opposite (that changes from IDM aren't replicated
to AD for some OUs only) then that could be a scoping rule (in sub-etp) Or
it could be that some other factor that we would need a level 3 trace to
help you diagnose.
