No space left on device: IDMRPT postgres DB

There is no space left on the reporting postgres DB.
I have configured eDirectory server and Reporting module for event
logging. But while creating users in iManager or through userApp, this
is not coming in reporting DB.

I did a truncate from pgAdmin on *public.events* table. Then I could see
the data in this table. But other views like
*idm_rpt_cfg.idmrpt_idv_acct_v* and *idm_rpt_cfg.idmrpt_identity_v* is
not reflecting those changes. Next time I tried to do a truncate on
*public.events* table, got a *no space left on device *exception.

How I can flush all existing data from Reporting DB and completely free
the DB?

Greetings,
The Public Events is all data coming from Audit. The view data
data under idm_rpt_cfg all comes from the DCS and MSGW drivers.

1) How big is your HD that EAS is installed on?

2) Keep in mind that Audit data is only ever kept for 90 days then it is
automatically deleted.

Re: No space left on device: IDMRPT postgres DB

Thanks for response.
My DCSD driver and MSGW driver is running ok. Though no managed system
is configured for auditing. But I tried to search the user entry in DCSC
driver log for newly created users. Could not find it.

1) The storage capacity of this box is not much. Actually for some
causes there is no option for increasing the storage capacity. I have
mentioned the detailed partition sizes for this server earlier.

2) As per my assumption as the capacity is too low, before 90 days it is
getting full. I did a complete reinstallation of this EAS server also.
But it does not solve the problem. Only EAS and Reporting Module
(IDMRPT) is running in this server.

Thanks,
Raktim Banerjee

Greetings,
You are going to need a Server that has at least a one (1) TB Hard
Driver for where EAS is installed.

Re: No space left on device: IDMRPT postgres DB

Thanks Steven.
Actually this is one development server and there is no 1TB space
available in HDD.
Is there any way I can delete data from the DB?

Thanks,

Greetings,
If this is version 4.0.2, then you can issue the REST call to purge
all data from the Identity Warehouse.
