NotesDriverShim: Remote Loader service cannot start

I have installed IDM 4.0.2 Remote Loader in Windows Server 2008 R2
Enterprise. Notes Client and Remote Loader is installed in this server
and Domino is in another server. I tried to create a service for Notes
Driver. Found 2 errors:
1. AddDlg: Error creating process in runkeytool.
2. Error loading JVM

Then I mounted inside the installation location:
C:\Novell\RemoteLoader\64bit\jre
Found that the size of bin and lib is 0 KB.

There is another AD Driver Remote Loader service running ok, in this
Remote Loader.

Can anyone please help me with this problem? What is the cause of those
2 errors?

Re: NotesDriverShim: Remote Loader service cannot start

Did you install a 32bit or 64bit version of the Domino Client - if you
installed the 32bit then you'll need a 32bit jre/jdk.

The Lotus Notes client is only 32-bit, so you HAVE to run the 32-bit
Remote Loader to use it's dll. I think Casper is onto the issue
though.

Yes. Thanks. I have installed 32-bit Remote Loader. And this solved the
problem.
