OSP 6.3.1 not reading custom CSS file

Hi all. I have IDM 4.7.2 currently configured and I´m struggling in order to get my custom CSS applied to the login screen. Basically, the jar is there, the css files are there, the string customization is working fine and the images are also OK. But the login page only recovers the CSS from the default uistyles.css, reset.css and uistyles_loginselect.css. I even placed my CSS files directly in /opt/netiq/idm/apps/tomcat/webapps/osp/css, no success.
I added my custom CSS file in OIDPENDUSER.LoginCss line in oidp_enduser_custom_resources_en_US.properties but nothing happens.

This same configuration (same jar) is currently working fine in IDM 4.5.6. and OSP 6.0.3.
Have you seen this stuff?
Thx!

Greetings,
There are differences between OSP 6.0.x and 6.3.x. The same css
notations will not necessarily work. You have to inspect the page
properties and make sure you are using the correct element names since
the OSP login page was re-written between 6.0.x and 6.3.x.

Also, you can not use the OSP customization jar from 6.0.x with 6.3.x.
You must start with the correct jar with the version of OSP that is
being used.

I recommend using the Web Developer tools in your browser to first
confirm which elements on the page you are trying to change and change
them "live" in the Developer tool. Then once you know the correct tags
and notation, then update your custom css file (and update it in the
jar, put that in the tomcat/lib directory, and then restart Tomcat).

Also, make sure the order is correct for the css files or else it will
not be utilized. You can also see this in the Web Developer Tools.
