Office 365 Driver - Issues
How can I create a office 365 driver for a simple bi-directional user
sync and password to office 365. I am using Identity Manager 4.5
version.
I have gone through the documents, whereby it seems that the driver
communicates with a remote loader installed in a windows server
(2008/2012/2012 R2) which in turn connects with the Office 365 using
power shell to add/modify users.
However, this is a very basic understanding that I have, it will be
great help if anyone is able to help me with the power shell commands to
create a user in office 365 and the necessary steps for password
synchronisation.
Any help will be appreciated!!

Hi Joydeepg,
Password sync is basic functionality of O365 driver.
Driver (and MS O365 infrastructure) didn't support "bi-directional" password sync.

Synchronizing Passwords#
The Subscriber channel sets the password. Passwords are not synchronized on the Publisher channel. This means that passwords are synchronized from the Identity Vault to Office 365, but not from Office 365 to the Identity Vault.

Install the driver and packages (latest of all). Follow the docs on
setting it up.

Correct.

You don't need to know the PowerShell commands it's going to use. The
driver shim takes care of that.
Password sync is ... interesting ... in this driver. O365 has some very
particular rules about what it will accept.
