PRD call from SOAP UI not populating the form fields
Hi,
I have a very peculiar scenario !!
My PRD is having some fields which are hidden and wont be available for the end user to edit. These fields which are set as required will be having the values populated via pre-data item mapping or will have the calculation on submit button event of the request form.
The issue is, we have the field being populated while making a request from the UA, whereas while we trigger the PRD from SOAP UI with the hidden required field having values "" as they being calculated after submit of the form is getting populated as "". 😞 The weirdest scenario is that while we do the SOAP call from our development environment the field (hidden required) is getting populated and showing the expected behaviour even though we keep the field values as "" in SOAP request form.
Our development UA is 4.7 where as SIT UA is 4.6. Is this have anything to do with the versions or is this an issue with the rights of authorizing user.
Kindly help.
