PRD runtime version number 3.7->3.6.1 after UA 3.7->4.0.2

Hi

My PRDs are being downgraded when i open them in Designer after we
upgraded to IDM 4.02 :

-----
The following changes were made to the Provisioning Request Definition
'XXXX'
Changes to reflect runtime version number:
Updated version number to '3.6.1'.
-----

The compare then shows edir as 3.7, and designer as 3.6.1 :

Edir:
<process default-completed-approval-status="approved"
generate-comments="true" id="XXXXXXXX" process-type="Normal"
restrict-view="false" setnotify="false" version="3.7.0"
xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance"
xsi:noNamespaceSchemaLocation="ApprovalProcess3_7_0.xsd">

Designer :
<process default-completed-approval-status="approved"
generate-comments="true" id="XXXXXXXX" process-type="Normal"
restrict-view="false" setnotify="false" version="3.6.1"
xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance"
xsi:noNamespaceSchemaLocation="ApprovalProcess3_6_1.xsd">

The version of UA shows 4.02 in the tooltip / Provisioning view. The
version in Edir -> Appconfig is 2.2.

Should i just ignore this message and accept 3.6.1 as the "new" runtime
version number ?

/Kristoffer

I think this is a designer issue. What is the IDM version set in Designer?

Properties on the Identity Valut
Server List
Edit

You will find icons next to the version info that can be used to automatically detect the version installed.

Best regards,
Tobias

The version of all servers is 4.0.2 in designer (Designer 4.02 AU2a).
Even tried a complete new workspace with just an import of the UA. Still
converts to 3.6.1 when opening PRDs.

They work fine after uploaded so the issue is probably just cosmetic,
but i just want to be sure we havent missed something in the upgrade
process.

We have tested at a site that never had anything older that 4.0.1
installed, their PRDs have 3.6.1 in the version number.

Greetings,
It is cosmetic and a known issue in Designer. This should have been
posted in the Designer forums.

Ok, thanks. Wasn't sure if it was upgrade or designer related.

I'd also like to know if there is a bugzilla bug number for this. Just encountered this myself.

Re: PRD runtime version number 3.7->3.6.1 after UA 3.7->4.0.2

Also noticed this issue. Designer 4.0.2 AU5
Custom workflows get changed from version 3.7.0 to version 3.6.1 and the
default for example "Template2ParallelApproval_TA" get's downgraded from
version 4.0.2 to version 3.6.1.
Does this break anything ?
Is there already an fix for this issue ?
