Pasword Synchronization Problem from AD to eDirectory

I am having a problem with few users that they are getting this error
while they change their password from domain controllers. And we are not
seeing for all the users. Very few are facing this issue.

Not Synchronized. Check password connection validation.Invalid
Credentials8009030C: LdapErr: DSID-0C0904DC, comment:
AcceptSecurityContext error, data 775, v1db1.

I dont know why its happening for few users only. Can any one suggest
what we need to do.

Thanks in Advance.

Re: Pasword Synchronization Problem from AD to eDirectory

This error is coming from microsoft active directory (MAD) directly, and
has nothing to with the password synchronization from MAD to eDirectory.
If this is being returned, it means that something about the password is
not accepted by MAD when the user changes it.

On the other hand, if your subject is incorrect and this happens when
passwords flow from eDirectory over to MAD, then that may be because the
password is not complex enough, or hits a previous value from password
history, or something along those lines. As always, a trace (level five
if of a MAD-to-eDir event, but otherwise level three) of the event may be
in order. Seeing the driver config startup in that trace is often helpful
too, so to get all of this setup the trace on the Remote Loader (RL) side
to level five, restart the driver, duplicate the problem, and post the
file somewhere after compressing it, or use something like PasteBin or
SUSE Paste to share the contents somehow.

Good luck.
