PeopleSoft Driver 5.2 in Identity Manager 4.0.2

Hi,

Can you please let me know if the PeopleSoft 5.2 Identity Manager 4.0.2
driver be used to provision users to PeopleSoft Finance, PeopleSoft
Supply Chain and PeopleSoft HR application.

Or, is it like PeopleSoft 5.2 can be used to connect to PeopleSoft HR
application only.

Thanks,
MV

Do these other PeopleSoft applications use the Component Interface (CI)?
I'm not familiar with them, but if they do, I don't see why it couldn't
be done.

Your application administrators are actually going to allow you to create
users in their systems? Wow. Here I can get anything I need from HR, but
I have very limited write back capabilities.

Yes it can do this and I have done it a couple times. As a best practice it is better to write the
information into a staging table specific to IDM and have PeopleCode pick that up to actually go
manipulate the users. PeopleSoft devs know how to do that part so all you need to do is shuttle the
data into the staging table.
