Problem with Challenge Response in UserApplication
Hi everyone,
We have a problem with a user within one of our customers. The user has his password expired, when he tries to login to UserApplication, he is asked to get the Challenge Response Questions filled, so he does.
When he tries to login again in the UserApplication, the app request him for the questions again.
We checked the attributes (sASLoginSecret and sASLoginSecretKey) in within eDirectory and looks right.
Also we have tried delete this attributes values and the user completed again, but the behavior is the same.
This is the only user within the tree with this problem.
The environment has IDM 4.6 with legacy forgot password (no SSPR).
Thanks and regards.
Ivan
