Question about Entity Activity after Approval Activity

I was trying to put an Entity Activity after the Deny and Timeout path
after an Approval Activity. The Entity Activity is going to use the data
from the previous Form data. After I tested the workflow, it sounds like
that the Entity Activity did nothing. Can anyone tell me what is the
problem?
Thanks,

Joshua

Greetings Joshua,
Kind of hard to tell you exactly why it is not working without
having a picture of your flow or a server.log to see if there was an
error. The best way to start would be to add a log action action on
your Denied Path before the Entity Activity.

1. Make sure you set "audit" to true for the Log Action
2. Then log out the attributes you want to modify on the "entity"
3. Deploy
4. Test

If you deny at the Approval Activity then it should go down your Denied
path and in the server.log you should see your Log activity and the data.

Re: Question about Entity Activity after Approval Activity

Hi! Steve,

Thanks a lot for your advice. I found out the problem. It is the wrong
name of the Entity DN. Anyhow, you gave the wonderful way to debug a
workflow. I will try it in the future.
