Post the trace. This should be fairly long (dozens/hundreds of lines)
from the sync attempt. If you saw errors in C1 those are probably in a
driver or channel status log and those are NOT useful for
troubleshooting. You also may have seen those values on the user itself
in the password sync status attribute; again, not useful. Traces forever!

Search back through the forums for the most common vetoes. Missing a
fullname (going to MAD), a password (going to MAD or some other
systems), or some other attribute for placement could cause this error
easily.
