In principle CN is mandatory, but the dest-dn should implictly set that.
Try it explicitly. (With lots of curse words as well!)

Nothing obvious comes to mind here.

I would still suggest you call the SOAP end point via PRD to start the
request, since there is probably more than just the nrfRequest object
itself (alas).
