Role_Request_Failure
Hi Team,
We have added a custom approval workflow to each role. After all the approvals done, most of the time the workflow is getting terminated with provisioning error.
But sometimes the same is working fine and we could see the Request Status as 20 in the log.
Below are the activities used in the workflow to which we are facing the issue:
"Start - E-Mail - Mapping - Approval - Log - E-Mail - Role Request Binding - Finish"
When we removed the Log and Mail activities after the approval activity like below, it is working fine as expected
"Start - E-Mail - Mapping - Approval - Role Request Binding - Finish"
So we suspect that the error is due to adding of other activities between the Approval and Role Request Binding activity, however those two activities are also needed in the workflow.
Please help us to make it work without removing other activities in the workflow. Below is the log.
Workflow Status : Your role task request for TestUser has failed
