Search workflow requests by Request Id in User Application

Hi,

Is it possible to insert a new column or add the request id to the
process name in the "Request Status" and "Task Notification" tab of the
Workflow Dashboard that shows the request id of the respective worflows.
We want to generate a reference number for each of the request that is
raised, so that the approver and requestors can make use of this
reference number to search and retrieve the workflow status based on the
reference number.

We are using IDM 4.0 version.

Thanks.

Greetings,
No. But you might be able to do this if you created your own UI and
utilized either the SOAP or REST endpoints.
