Team manager and Roles

Hi all,
I'm configuring teams and I have a doubt.
I have assigned to managers rights to view Running PRD. That way,
managers can manage a teams member and check the status of his requests.
That's working fine.

If the manager expands the section 'Role Assignments' or 'Resource
Assignments' on the user's Work Dashboard, he cannot see roles and
resources assigned to the user.
Is it correct? Which rights does the manager need in order to view the
roles assigned to the team's members?

Any suggestion will be appreciated. Thanks,

Alessandro

Greetings Alessandro,
You have to create a Team for each "Domain" that you want them to
control. There is already an Enhancement entered so that you could do
it all at once. But, for now you must create 3 teams to cover the three
(3) domains

Re: Team manager and Roles

Hi Steven,
thanks for the answer. The side effect of this solution is that when
I click the Manage button and I search for a user, he will be listed
three times.

Do you know if the Enhancement Request has already been approved?

Best regards,

Alessandro

Re: Team manager and Roles

Hi Steven,
I have noticed that if I had the attribute srvprvTeamType with the
value 'R' to the team object created for the provisioning domain,
managers are also able to view roles assigned to users. That's exactly
what I need.

Do you think that this change can create any issue? The User
Application still shows 'Provisioning Domain' on the team's domain and
I'm able to view and edit the team. Furthermore, the attribute
srvprvTeamType with the value 'R' is not removed when I update the team
definition.

Best regards,

Alessandro
