User App 4.7.3 - DNQuery fails with portlet error

Our customer is trying to upgrade UserApplication 4.6 to the most current 4.7.3.

We run  into severe problems with the existing PRDs which contain DNQuery statements.
If the DNQuery result has an empty result set, everything works as before - meaning we see an empty window.

As soon as the query result set is not empty we get an error notice from UserApplication:

PortletContainerImpl: Fehler beim Ausführen des
Portlets: 'ParamListPortlet'. Bitte wenden Sie sich
an Ihren Systemadministrator.

(Error executing portlet 'ParamListPortlet'. Please contact your systemadministrator).

catalina.out shows:

2019-10-31 08:46:51,334 ERROR [com.novell.afw.portal.aggregation.EboPortletProxyHelper] (https-jsse-nio-8543-exec-7) [RBPM] PortletContainerImpl: failed to run the portlet: 'ParamListPortlet'. Please contact your System Administrator.

This happens for each and any PRD which contains a DNQuery.

Not sure if it's related, but we also saw that Designer 4.7.3 changes the PRD version tags from '4.5.0' to '3.6.1'.

Re: User App 4.7.3 - DNQuery fails with portlet error

From the error I assume the reasons is this:
spiffyui.min.css' does not exist.

It could be compatibility mode in the browser according to this post:

Re: User App 4.7.3 - DNQuery fails with portlet error

I doubt a bit about compatibility mode, because I see that behavior with pure Linux Firefox and also with Windows based browsers.
In addition, it worked flawless with UA 4.7.2 and PRD Version 4.5.0.

Found that problem is fixed by 4.7.3 Hotfix 1.
