User Application-Approval Email Notification- Deep Link

Hi ,

I have a scenario, when user raise a PRD, the notification should go to
the approver in email with deep link. When the approver clicks on the
Deep link it should open the Approval Page of the requested PRD raised
by the user. Please let me know how to achieve this.

Thanks,
Chamu.

Greetings Chamu,
This is already working as designed in the product.

1) Configure the email server in iManager
2) Restart User Application
3) In your PRD, enable email notifications
4) At the Approval Activity, open the Notification view and map in the
correct values. Then deploy the PRD

**If you look at the Approval Notification email templates you will see
that there are 2 links at the bottom of the email

1 - will take them to the Task Notification area
1 - will take them deep linked into that specific Approval Activity to
approve.

This should all be outlined in the Administration and User Guides
