UserApp Logging level to see incoming SOAP requests?

I am trying to see the SOAP I am sending into UA, in this case to start a PRD. 

But I cannot figure out the log level to enable.  (4.6.x)

Tried the obvious:

com.novell.soa.wf.impl

com.novell.soa.wf

com.novell.soa.af.impl

com.novell.soa.wf

I see the Flow Activities once it starts safely, but I am having trouble starting, so trying to get more logging on the incoming SOAP.

Any ideas?  The docs have updated somewhat on log levels (You have no idea how long and hard I fought to get them to do that... ).

I opened an SR about this with awhile back and was told the incoming SOAP call could not be logged. This has made a lot of our debugging very difficult.
