When I test it out from powershell it was able to send mail from that server using following script

$EmailFrom = "noreplyidm@domainname.com"
$EmailTo = "testidm@domainname.com"
$Subject = "The subject of your email"
$Body = "This is just a test mail to verify the working of CMD"
$SMTPServer = "smtp.office365.com"
$SMTPClient = New-Object Net.Mail.SmtpClient($SmtpServer, 587)
$SMTPClient.EnableSsl = $true
$SMTPClient.Credentials = New-Object System.Net.NetworkCredential("noreplyidm@domainname.com", "P@ssw0rd");
$SMTPClient.Send($EmailFrom, $EmailTo, $Subject, $Body)

Please guys help me out . If there is any other configuration had to be done.

These credentials are different than the one you configured in your
driver: no-reply@domainname.com

Does the mail server have support for TLS?

The trace doesn’t really suggest this but from 4.7 the product tries to
encrypt mail traffic first and falls back if no TLS is available.

Maybe you need to import / trust cert for mail server. Powershell uses OS
trust store but java has its own.
