UserApp emails

Hello Experts,
I have couple of questions.
1. I have workflow that generates emails on approval activity. I have
not configured any reminders nor escalations. I get the email once when
task assigned to me and I get these emails everyday around same time
with same taskid if I dont approve/deny them. Is it working as designed
or is there anyway I can stop duplicate emails? I want receive only once
when task assigned to me.

2. Is there anyway I can export tasks that are assigned to me. I need to
do some analysis before I claim and approve/deny them.

Thanks.

Haven't seen that before - please provide more info:
* what IDM version?
* sure that you haven't any reminders or timeout workflow loops?

You can use the SOAP/REST APIs to create your custom analysis tool

Re: UserApp emails

This workflow is built recently and its happening since I built it. IDM
version is 4.0.2 and I'm sure there are no reminders configured. I'm
not sure where to look for time out loops.

Greetings,
I also have not seen or am aware of a similar behavior. Please
make sure you are on the latest Public Patch for 4.0.2 (which is "E").
Please look on the Properties Tab of the workflow when the Approval
Activity is selected.

Greetings,
As for a loop, do your workflow have the following flow

Start -> Approval -> Entity Activity -> Finish

If not please provide a screenshot or a flow diagram
