UserApp server showing Unauthorized access to page dashboard

Hi,
We have installed IDM 4.7. Userapplication dashboard link is showing message "Unauthorized access to page : dashboard" after sudden poweroff of userapp server. Before that it was working fine.
Can anyone help us to resolve this issue?

Hi prasenjitmass,
are you able to see DASHBOARD tab on the top below the blue banner, It seems some how you are not able to see DASHBOARD. there is configuration to show the dashboard check the netiq guide. or check the IDMPROV old ui, i hope you might get some option there.
try to without dashboard at the end of the url like https://<HOST:PORT>/idmdash don't try with complete url https://<HOST:PORT>/idmdash/#/dashboard.
