Greetings,
Do you know how the export was created? If yes, can you please
provide the steps.
Whenever I export a workflow from Designer, it is an xml file

1) In Designer and using the Provisioning View

2) Select the Workflow in question

3) Right click and select "Export to file"

4) Navigate to where the file should be saved and press OK
=> The file will be saved as %name%.xml

======

To Import the exported workflow from above

1) In Designer and using the Provisioning View

2) Select "Provisioning Request Definitions"

3) Right click and select "Import from file"

4) Press OK on the pop-up message

5) Press the search icon, navigate and select the file, and then press OK
