google "netiq idm association modifier"

Basically any ldapsearch/ldapmodify tool can do this, probably with a bit of
grep/sed/notepad++/textwrangler thrown in inbetween. Basically export
associations to ldif, remove those you want to keep, edit the ldif to delete
the remaining ones. A regex search/replace capable editor is strongly
recommended...

Alekz, from the forums here, has a super duper iDM management tool. He
basically wrapped all the Java tools he could find into one gui and it
is lovely.

Basic LDAP browser
Dxcmd functions, wrapped in a Gui (Start/Stop/disable/set trace file/set
trace level)

He also added in a Association modifier which is really an LDAP
Search/LDAP Modify with some special case handling.

Check out http://sneakycat.biz/

Free, sort of. He wants you to send a recpiet for some charity you
donoated. Very easy to do.
