iManager and IDM view

Good day,

During an upgrade from IDM 3.5 to 4.0.2 I have found that I cannot view
the IDM objects any longer. When I use the mobile version of iManager
I'm presented with a black screen. From the IDM server itself I can see
the tabs for the IDM titles, but when I click on them I'm again
presented with a blank screen.

I did have an issue with my master replica server loosing SSL, but I'm
also seeing this issue in the Vault.

Did you try a new iManager Workstation (Mobile) installation? I ask
because I wonder if this is an issue with plugin upgrades where a system
without just iManager and SP5 applied, then having the eDir and IDM
plugins added, may not see the same symptom. iManager is funny
sometimes, and I'd guess that's where the problem resides.

FWIW, I almost never try to upgrade plugins, and when things go wrong I
just recreate iManager (I only use iManager Workstation anymore) because
it's a five-minute task.

Good luck.
