jboss and RemoteIpValve

As part of a load balanced config I am attempting to configure support
for x-forwarded-for headers in a User Application 3.6.1 install running
on jboss but not having much success. I have also not had much success
finding details on the net. Can anyone here tell me if jboss 4.2.2 (I
believe) includes support for org.apache.catalina.valves.RemoteIpValve.

This is the config file entry I added to

<Valve className="org.apache.catalina.valves.RemoteIpValve" />

On startup jboss throws the following:

2012-12-03 10:28:45,640 ERROR
[org.apache.commons.digester.Digester:startElement] Begin event threw
java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: No ClassLoaders found for:

Which certainly leads me to believe it's not supported at all, but I am
a long way from being a jboss expert.
