problem uninstall User Application 4.5.4

in order to pointing to another database, I need to reinstall User
Application in one server. First, I tried to unistall the UAPP with this

-This Application has Unexpectedly Quit: Invocation of this Java
Application has caused an InvocationTargetException. This application
will now exit. (LAX)-

I intalled some newer version of java to launch uninstall but the
problem persists. How could I continue?? Any of you have encounter a
similar problem?

we have IDM 4.5.4 in a windows 2012 server (two server with this version
and the same problem is present in both of them)

Regards and thanks in advance

It's been awhile since I had to do this, but I recall having to use the
original JRE that installs with Tomcat. I also had to set the Java
environment variables (JRE_HOME and JAVA_HOME, plus add these to system
PATH variable.
