Online handle: "jmozdzen"

Home town: Hamburg, Germany

Jens is an old-time Linux fanatic, reaching back to Minix days and Linus' 386 spin-off discussions on the Minix mailing list. When it came to trying out the then up-coming "distributions", SuSE was a natural choice and is still his favorite.

As a systems management automation professional, he's into many disciplines of modern IT and especially experienced in designing, analyzing and debugging systems of any flavor. Still he's never abandoned his roots and is active in the networking and Linux system-level development area. Working the forums is his personal get-away and a way to help others like he has received help (and still is receiving).

After years of freelancing, he's since 2004 successfully taking care of his own company, where his co-workers and him are creating highly automated custom systems management environments for large-scale enterprises.
