Massimo Rosen, a Novell Support Connection Volunteer (NSCV) SysOp since June 2000, is a networking consultant and CNE since 1993. While working as employee for several IT companies from 1991 to 2000, he co-planned, designed, and troubleshot some of Germany's biggest Novell Directory Services (NDS) installations, consisting of around 30,000 users.

In 1999, Massimo co-founded an IT consulting company named CFC Information Technologies GmbH, based in Cologne, Germany. In 2000, CFC-IT had 4 full-time employees, and a turnover of approximately 750.000 DM (US$357,000).

CFC-IT does consulting and support in several areas, with the main focus being on Novell products like NetWare, GroupWise, ZENworks and BorderManager. Other areas of expertise cover Microsoft Operating Systems, as well as fundamental network planning, analyzing and security.

Massimo is from Köln, home of Kölsch, which is possibly the best beer in the world.
