Embedding HTML Links in Reports

Anyone know how to embed html links into reports?

I was able to concatonate the html tages onto my query and populate the report using the string concatonate varible (serveral times) but the report did not process the HTML.  I know simply including the link as http://abc.com works but I am looking to display TICKETID-527 as a link to the actual ticket within the report.
