Event logs from old AS/400 running OS/400 V4R3/R5

does anyone have any idea if Arcsight support the OS version of the AS/400?  These are very very old system which the prospect has no plan of changing in the next 2 years but needs to get event logs from them.

Have you tried running AS/400 log extracts from this older system against the existing AS/400 audit connector? What were your results?

Hi,

I have had a quick look in the old documentation folder and the oldest I found was for 5.1.2 from 2011. Back then the oldest supported version of iSeries Audit Log was for AS/400 V5R2 - same as today.

So at least support for your version hasn't been dropped lately and one could just use an older connector...

So having a shot at it and if it doesn't work get in Professional Services to make it work seems the way to go (or try to open a case, beg for the parser source and fix it yourself).
