Export active lists as a .csv file

How do I export my entire active list as a .csv file? I'm currently using arcsight version 4.0.3 and it will only export the first thousand entries currently (not the entire list of 3.3 million)

- Create a query on ActiveList  and Select the required fields

- Create a Report using this query and with output=csv
